| Dirden Video Productions Contract Thank you for choosing Dirden Video Productions to produce your wedding video. As agreed, you will receive Package ___________, which includes (____) cameras and gives you (____) hours of total video coverage for your wedding on ____________________________, from ____:____ to ____: ____. You will receive (____) edited DVD copies of the final program. (Additional copies are $75.00 per copy.) Deposit and payments as follows: Any changes in the date or time of the wedding nullify this agreement. A 20% retainer is required to reserve your wedding date and time. All retainers are non-refundable whether the contracting party pays the retainer or someone else on their behalf. Your cost will be $_______________, with tax of $____________added, for a total cost of $______________, less your retainer of $______________, brings your balance to $______________ that will be paid in cash or money order two weeks prior to your wedding. All retainers are non-refundable. If an account is left unpaid up to thirteen days prior to the event, a 10% late fee will be added to the payment due and only cash will be accepted as payment. No partial payments will be accepted. Should your wedding require overtime, a charge of $150.00 per hour will be added to your account and due upon receipt of the edited master. Cancellation Policy: In the event our services are canceled for any reason, any monies paid are non-refundable even if the date is changed or someone else other than the contracting party pays it. Any function that is canceled within 89 days of the contracted date will still be due and payable the full balance. Studio liability is limited to refunding the amount paid should mechanical failure, theft, accident, illness, or other mishap beyond our reasonable control should occur which prevents fulfillment of our agreement. It is understood and agreed upon that client is to receive the edited master copy no later than ten (10) weeks after wedding.
